The entire staff from signing into the course, understanding how the course works, tutor and of course the teacher were all amazing people. I just want to thank you for all your help in helping me to enter the medical field as a sterile processing tech. Your course helped a lot especially doing the hands-on process in your department. Harry and Ken are a great team to help understand the knowledge and skills in SPD. Being certified, experiencing the seminar and going through the process helped me become known in my department.
